Daily Stretches for General Use
We constantly say "make sure you stretch" because as fitness experts we know why. However, it's not always easy to explain the depth of why to our clients. This video helps to explain in a way that makes a lot of sense.

I recommend daily stretching of 5-10 minutes to start the day and again before bed. I use a foam roller in the evening as part of my 15 minute stretching routine. The roam roller is used for myofacial release.
