When your body craves sugar, it's may be in need of raw unrefined sugar to meet your blood sugar needs. However, it NEVER needs white table sugar!! White sugar is highly refined and stripped of all nutrients. When you consume 'table sugar' it steals nutrients from your body to complete itself. This is why it's called an anti-nutrient, because it takes vital nutrients away from your body.
